I’m in the Philippines right now working with Laymen Ministries on the island of Mindoro. This is my fourth time here. My longest stay was 9 months during 2003-2004. As you can tell, I really enjoy it out here.
While I do like the Philippines as a location and culture, it’s really the friends I’ve made here and the familiarity with the place that keeps me coming back.
I don’t know how long I’ll be here for on this trip but I hope to stay as long as possible. I am in the city of Mamburao assisting the directors with their responsibilities and just trying to help in any way I can.
